Newtral AI Platform is seeking a highly skilled ESG Sustainability Expert to join our team.

We help organizations automate their ESG metric measurements, tracking, and reporting across the company and supply chain. Our platform solves for all corporate sustainability reporting and carbon accounting needs.

The selected specialist's day-to-day responsibilities include:

As an ESG Sustainability Expert, your primary focus will be on navigating the regulatory landscape and leveraging ESG metrics to drive sustainable business practices.

  • Thorough understanding of the regulatory ESG landscape to ensure compliance and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Proficiency in ESG metrics, particularly in environmental factors such as GHG emissions, to assess and improve sustainability performance.
  • Experience in conducting assurance of sustainability/ESG/financial reports to enhance data management and internal control environments. Prior hands-on experience in ESG reporting is preferred.
  • Expertise in leading audits to evaluate and enhance corporate sustainability practices.
  • Familiarity with external reporting standards, including GRI, CSRD, BRSR with a preference for experience in conducting materiality assessments, including double materiality assessments.
  • Ability to analyze extensive sets of sustainability data (frameworks, policies, regulations, reports) from diverse sources to extract meaningful insights.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative working style, capable of building positive relationships across departments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders effectively.

As an ESG Sustainability Expert, you will:

  • Support existing clients with ESG initiatives, providing regulatory compliance expertise and sustainability reporting expertise.
  • Conduct strategic planning for ESG, collaborating on client satisfaction and business growth strategies.
  • Develop ESG-specific business assets, such as presentations and proposals.
  • Conduct market research and prospecting in the ESG landscape for growth opportunities.
