Job Title

Software Engineering Leader

As a Software Engineering Leader, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Your work will play a critical role in delivering high-quality products to our customers faster than ever before.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performing Java-based applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Leadership :

  • Strong expertise in Core Java, including Java features like streams, lambdas, and functional programming.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring (Core, Boot, Security, Data) and Hibernate.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing microservices using Spring Boot.

Design and Development :

  • Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable Java applications.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and agile methodologies.

Problem Solving :

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.

Collaboration :

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Product Management.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
