Job Title: Civil Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee the execution of Civil & Interior works from Retail Show Rooms, Hotels and Commercial Interiors. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 14-17 years' experience in project management and construction management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of Civil, Interior work and MEP works.
  • Manage a team size of up to 20 engineers and supervisors.
  • Expertise in Stone Cladding of Façade both Wet & Dry Cladding.
  • Inspect interior fit out, finishes, FF&E, Loose furniture against drawings and specifications.
  • Measure and check building materials quality, identify defects and suggest corrections.
  • Monitor and report work progress to VP Engineering.
  • Assist Site team & Co-ordinate with PMO for verification, validation and certification of bills.
  • Responsible for QA & QC. Prepare snag list and follow up contractors to de-snag and hand over to Operations Team.
  • Co-ordinate with vendors, sub-contractors and vendors for quality of works at site.
  • Ensure all works are carried out as per approved design drawings, documents, contract technical specifications and quality plans as per brand standards.
  • Conduct and monitor work progress on daily basis.
  • Review manpower requirement and allocate work fronts.
  • Issue non-compliance report for deviations/variance noticed at site.
  • Monitor material availability at site and forecast material requirement, inform PMO in advance.
  • Meet schedule and targets assigned by VP and raise flag on missing targets.
  • Track planned vs Actual progress of each projects in terms of Schedule, Resources and Cost.
  • Ensure safety and implement safe practice to make site accident free zone.
  • Co-ordination with Civil and M&E department for smooth flow of works.
  • Working knowledge of AUTOCAD & MS PROJECT is mandatory.
  • Handled project cost estimation, approvals, site expenses, coordinating with PMO.
