Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Manager to oversee the development of high-quality software solutions using Angular. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding the architectural and technical direction of projects, ensuring seamless execution of development activities, and driving the success of our initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers specializing in Angular development.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high-performance within the development team.
  • Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to junior and senior developers.
  • Set clear goals, track team progress, and ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
  • Oversee the complete software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-15 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 5 years of experience in Angular development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Angular 2+, including building complex, large-scale web applications.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, and a deep understanding of modern front-end web technologies.
  • Familiarity with front-end libraries and tools like RxJS, NGRX, Bootstrap, and SCSS.
  • Ability to work closely with UI/UX teams to translate business and technical requirements into seamless and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Experience integrating Angular applications with back-end APIs (RESTful or GraphQL).
  • Strong knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git, and familiarity with branching strategies.
  • Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on iterative development, continuous integration, and sprint-based work.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage development teams.
  • Soft skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
