Job Summary:

As a Debt Recovery Specialist at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and overseeing the activities of the Debt Management department. This includes managing agencies associated with the company in their assigned territory and ensuring efficiency and optimization of retrieving EMI from customers while adhering to bank guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and undertake collections process for debts assigned.
  • Regularly track portfolio for specific buckets in assigned area.
  • Track and control delinquency of area, bucket-wise and DPD-wise, focusing on non-starters.
  • Allocate and achieve targets from agencies/in-house team.
  • Regularly follow up with default customers.
  • Ensure adherence to collection process and legal guidelines.
  • Trace out absconded default customers and initiate recovery process.
  • Maintain data for administrative work related to collection.

Required Qualifications:

Graduation in any field

2 to 5 years of experience in debt collection or management
