Job Title: AI Software Engineer.

Experience Required: 4 to 6 years of experience in software development, machine learning, and AI.

Role Type/Shift : Contract/General, working on a long-term contract with possible extension.

About The Role:

As an AI software engineer at our company, you will work alongside AI scientists and software developers to create AI-powered experiences. You will be responsible for conceiving, coding, and deploying models at scale using the latest industry tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing machine learning solutions using Python and leading ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
  • Deploying models at scale using tools like Flask, FastAPI, and Docker.
  • Working with large-scale datasets using big data tools and frameworks such as Spark, Hadoop.
  • Collaborating with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) for efficient data storage and integration into ML pipelines.

Essential Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker).
  • Optimizing model performance for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability in production settings.
  • Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases for effective data storage, extraction, and integration into ML pipelines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to learn fast.
