Design Innovator Opportunity

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented product designer to lead the design and development of innovative products across multiple home and lifestyle categories.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of form, materials, artisanal techniques, and functionality, and bring a fresh, contemporary design sensibility to our collections.

Responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Conceptualize and design new products across categories from ideation to final prototype">
  • Work with mixed materials (wood, metal, fabric, leather, ceramics, glass, natural fibers, etc.)">
  • Conduct market and trend research to identify emerging design opportunities and align products with customer preferences and brand direction">
  • Collaborate closely with sourcing, merchandising, and production teams to ensure design feasibility, material availability, and cost-effectiveness">
  • Partner with artisans, workshops, and manufacturers to develop high-quality samples and finished products">
  • Maintain alignment with brand aesthetics and design language while pushing the envelope with creativity and craft-led innovation">
  • Participate in seasonal launches, design presentations, and cross-functional brainstorming sessions">

Qualifications & Experience:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field">
  • 3–5 years of experience in product design, preferably in home hard goods (e.g., tableware, kitchen accessories, home décor)">
  • Strong understanding of materials such as metal, ceramic, wood, glass, etc.">
  • Excellent sketching, prototyping, and communication skills">
  • Awareness of current design trends and sustainable practices in home design">
