Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients or stakeholders, understanding their business objectives, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Managing Search & Social campaigns end to end including setup, optimizations & reporting.
  • Creation of detailed Search & Social media plans in line with business objectives and campaign brief.
  • Translates business KPIs in channel KPIs.
  • Creation and set up of the campaign.
  • Management of Social & search campaigns on time on budget on target.
  • Tracks performance in reporting & dashboards.
  • Analysis and optimization of the campaigns.
  • Works with Meta, Google & Bing team to troubleshoot performance related issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field (a relevant master's degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in search engine marketing (SEM) and social media marketing, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Knowledge of search engine platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and social media analytics platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing team members.
