Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Finance Professional to join our team. As an Oracle Finance Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding client business processes and mapping them to Oracle EBS.

Your primary responsibilities will include participating or leading requirement studies in detail, preparing As-Is process documents, and getting sign-off from clients. Additionally, you will map requirements to Application processes, prepare To-Be Process mapping documents, and set up Conference Room Pilot environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct testing, unit testing, integration testing, and test script preparation.
  • Prepare Standard Operating Procedure manuals.
  • Test customizations (Forms, Interfaces, Reports).
  • Set up User Acceptance Testing environment.
  • Assist users in UAT and resolve UAT issues.
  • Set up Production Instance.
  • Assist Developers for data migration.
  • Provide post-live support.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in finance.
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Finance modules, R12, GL/AP/AR, FA, India GST, and EBTAX.
  • Strong Accounting Knowledge.
  • Experience in migrations.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of total work experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tooling.
  • Team player with stakeholder relationship building skills.
