Agile Delivery Leader en Evernorth Health Services

As a Scrum Master Advisor at Evernorth Health Services, you will play a critical role in helping our data & analytics team deliver high-quality software with an agile approach. Your primary focus will be on creating an environment where the team can excel, focusing on writing software without worrying about operational tasks. You will remove impediments, facilitate meetings and discussions, and help the team prioritize development work by business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delight Customers: Ensure that customer satisfaction is at the forefront of everything we do.
- Cross-Collaboration: Work closely with members from various functions, such as data scientists, data analysts, data governance, technology, engineering, quality analysts, product owners, etc., to bring them together as a unified team.
- Azure-Based Solutions: Guide the team on how to get the most out of self-organization and Scrum practices to deliver top-notch outcomes.
- Scrum Maturity Assessment: Assess the team's Scrum maturity and coach them to higher levels, ensuring sustainable growth and comfort for the team and organization.
- Impediment Removal: Remove impediments or guide the team to do so, finding the right personnel to address any roadblocks.
- Trusting Environment: Foster a safe and trusting environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame or judgment.
- Facilitating Decision-Making: Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in a Scrum Master role, preferably with 2+ years of experience in a software development team applying Scrum principles.
- Familiarity with SAFe practices and working knowledge of Data & Analytics Teams.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and mentoring skills, with applicable knowledge of technologies used by the team. Experience with self-organization, Agile games, user stories, and other Agile approaches is desirable.
