We are looking for a skilled Senior Scrum Master/Project Manager to lead an international project in Chennai, India. This is a full remote position that requires experience in project management and Agile methodologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives;
  • Assisting the team in understanding and implementing Agile principles and practices;
  • Identifying and resolving obstacles that hinder the team's progress;
  • Monitoring team performance and ensuring alignment with project goals;
  • Utilizing Azure DevOps dashboards to track and visualize team performance, sprint progress, and project metrics;

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor or Master degree;
  • Certified Scrum Master with +5 years of experience;
  • +5 years of experience as Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, etc.):
  • Ability to lead projects using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to ensure iterative and flexible delivery;
  • Expertise in creating metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps;
  • Experience with PeopleSoft is an advantage;
  • Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives;
  • Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution;
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to foster a productive work environment;
  • Fluent in English;
