Senior Golang Backend Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Golang Backend Developer to join our team at Recro. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in building scalable systems using Golang.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain high-performance backend systems utilizing Golang.
- Support the migration of legacy Ruby on Rails codebase to Golang while ensuring minimal disruptions.
- Build efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions through effective integration strategies.
- Polyglot Capabilities: Work on backend stacks involving multiple technologies like Python or Java if required.
- Code Quality: Maintain high coding standards, conduct peer code reviews, and adhere to best practices.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the engineering team to understand product requirements and align development efforts.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Golang.
- Exposure to Python, Java, or other backend technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong background in end-to-end development, including project inception and completion.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Ability to work across technologies when necessary, ensuring seamless deployment on projects.
- Proven problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex challenges effectively.
- Understanding of modern software architecture, including API integrations.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and knowledge of cloud technologies is a plus.
The interview process will consist of three rounds:
