Job Overview

This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end ServiceNow GRC solutions in an enterprise production environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including solution configuration and customization for all components of the ServiceNow GRC product.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow GRC solutions
  • Implement and manage ServiceNow GRC and IRM in an enterprise production environment
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow GRC and Audit Management
  • Maintain strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, and Service Catalog
  • Assess vendor security using Compliance and Risk applications
  • Track, monitor, report, and remediate findings using ServiceNow GRC tools
  • Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Data Policies, and UI Scripts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow GRC and ITSM implementation
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with customers and delivery teams
Certifications & Qualifications
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • ServiceNow Certified IRM Developer
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
