  • Monitor the operation of cradles and ensure proper solid waste management systems are in place.
  • Conduct housekeeping audits on a weekly basis and provide guidelines to housekeeping supervisors.
  • Meet with outsourced agencies to discuss housekeeping issues and improve staff skills and performance.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of housekeeping and agency staff.
  • Train vendor staff and ensure compliance with safety practices.
