Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Coordinator to support the execution of skill training programs across Odisha.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end project execution, ensuring compliance with project guidelines, and liaising with stakeholders.

  • Coordinate the planning, implementation, and evaluation of skill training programs.
  • Ensure that all projects are executed in accordance with project guidelines and regulations.
  • Liaise with government departments, local authorities, and training partners to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing skill projects and a sound understanding of the local context in Odisha.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the skill development sector, preferably in managerial or supervisory roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related digital tools.
  • In-depth understanding of Odisha's regional and administrative landscape.
