ERP Cloud Administrator

This is a high-level, technical position that requires expertise in managing and coordinating Oracle ERP cloud platform security.

The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure system compliance, resolve access issues, and troubleshoot technical problems.

  • Maintain and support Oracle ERP Cloud and EPM systems
  • Manage Oracle environments including instance refreshes, upgrades, patching, testing, and post-refresh management
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages
  • Implement user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud Security
  • Manage user access and provision roles based on organization-defined data security policies
  • Support corporate Single Sign On accounts and assist with troubleshooting

About the Role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study
  • 6-8 years progressive experience in IT, 5 years' experience in managing/administering Oracle Fusion cloud ERP and EPM
  • Fundamental understanding of Oracle ERP security administration components and concepts such as least privilege access, segregation of duties
  • Advanced user of SharePoint, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Good understanding of SQL language, SOA, and REST Services
