Job Overview">

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of large language models (LLMs). As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into production systems and ensure their performance, reliability, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fine-tune and optimize LLM and NLP models for real-world applications
  • Integrate LLMs into scalable, production-grade systems
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve model performance and task alignment
  • Collaborate with ML engineers and developers to build robust AI pipelines
  • Evaluate model performance using accuracy, relevance, and alignment metrics
  • Stay current with advancements in LLM frameworks and transformer architectures
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in LLM and NLP model development
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field
  • Proficiency with LLM frameworks and libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, OpenAI API, LLaMAIndex, or similar
  • Experience with prompt engineering and model evaluation
  • Good to have: Proficiency in Python or Java, experience with AI/ML pipelines, and deployment on cloud platforms
