We are seeking an experienced educator to teach and mentor students in the Bachelor of Education program. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for shaping future educators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver B.Ed program courses as per curriculum guidelines.
  • Develop engaging lesson plans, study materials, and evaluation methods.
  • Guide students in academic projects, assignments, and research.
  • Conduct lectures, seminars, workshops, and tutorials effectively.
  • Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practicals.
  • Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
  • Provide mentorship, academic counseling, and career guidance to students.
  • Engage in research, publications, and faculty development programs.
  • Maintain discipline, student engagement, and a positive learning environment.
  • Support institutional initiatives and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 55% marks (mandatory).
  • Master's Degree in Education (M.Ed) preferred (as per UGC/NCTE norms).
  • Minimum 2-15 years of teaching experience in a reputable institution.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Updated knowledge of pedagogical methods and teaching technology.
