About the Role

Lion and Elephant consultancy seeks a skilled professional to deploy machine learning models at scale.

This role focuses on deploying ML models, especially those used in recommendation systems and real-time customer-facing applications. Responsibilities include designing and implementing deployment strategies, evaluating model scalability and reliability, building automated test cases, setting up real-time monitoring dashboards, handling incident management, collaborating with teams, developing and maintaining model training and inference pipelines, implementing model versioning and lifecycle management, and supporting platform components.

Required skills include expertise in Databricks, mlFlow, Seldon, AWS cloud services, Kubeflow, Tecton, Jenkins, Grafana, Python, Java, or Scala, and proven experience working on online ML systems, especially recommendation engines.

Qualifications include a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, 3+ years of hands-on industry experience, strong programming proficiency, understanding of ML model monitoring, custom platforms, and feature stores, and familiarity with MLOps best practices and software engineering principles.
