Job Title: SAP CS Consultant

Are you a seasoned expert in the SAP Customer Service module? Do you have a knack for delivering top-notch customer experiences?

  • Achieve exceptional results by leveraging your expertise in Org Structure, CS Master Data, and Supporting Doc Types for Service.
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive maintenance services, as well as service contract management and monitoring.
  • Ensure seamless warranty claims processing, including customer claim processing and supplier recovery processing.

As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing in-house repair services and recurring services with precision and efficiency.
  • Coordinating interaction center service request management and business process requirement gap analysis.
  • Establishing and maintaining high levels of customer trust and confidence through excellent communication skills.

Our ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from an accredited college or university, accompanied by a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the SAP CS module. SAP S/4 HANA Rise on AWS experience is mandatory, and S4 certification is an added advantage. Additionally, proficiency in handling issues, troubleshooting, and support functions, as well as experience in building integrations with non-SAP applications, is necessary. Good knowledge of ticketing tools such as Service Now and Solution Manager is also essential.
