Job Title: Lead Product Designer

About Us:

We're building the future of secure self-custody. Our flagship product, a hardware wallet, eliminates seed phrases using Shamir's Secret Sharing, distributing keys across a vault and four NFC cards for maximum security and recoverability.

This product ecosystem includes a desktop app, a mobile companion app, and an informative website—all working together to make self-custody user-friendly without compromising security.

We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design experience across hardware, desktop, mobile, and web touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. The hardware wallet's device interface
  2. A desktop app (Windows, Mac, Linux)
  3. A mobile companion app (Android + iOS)
  4. An informative website

Design System Ownership:

  • Taking full ownership of the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across platforms and touchpoints

Collaboration and UX Research:

  • Collaborating with the Product Manager to define user journeys and ship intuitive, secure, and elegant designs
  • Conducting UX research, usability testing, and gathering insights to inform design decisions

Prototyping and Asset Delivery:

  • Prototyping user flows using Figma or similar frame-based tools (e.g., Framer, Protopie) to communicate interactions effectively
  • Delivering high-quality design assets with clear specifications for development handoff

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on product design experience, preferably across desktop, mobile, and web
  • Expertise in Figma for UI design and prototyping
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Blender for asset creation or 3D/mockup work
  • Strong UX thinking and the ability to design for both software interfaces and embedded hardware
