Key Roles and Responsibilities:

We seek a professional who can bridge the gap between clients and our teams, leveraging strong client relationship management and expertise in social media strategy and campaign execution.

  • Act as primary point of contact between agency and assigned clients.
  • Understand client requirements/brief and ensure internal teams deliver relevant, creative, and strategic solutions.

Core responsibilities include:

Client Management
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships by delivering consistent, high-quality service.
  • Create project timelines, budgets, and status reports; ensure timely delivery and client alignment.
  • Effectively communicate client feedback to internal teams and ensure revisions are implemented as needed.

In addition:

Social Media Strategy & Campaign Execution
  • Develop data-driven social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand positioning.
  • Design, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns that support broader marketing objectives.
Other Key Aspects
  • Manage all aspects of client communication and coordination beyond social media — including design, branding, video, production, and campaign shoots.
  • Liaise between clients and creative/media/production teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.
