  • Job Description:
  • As a key contributor to our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include interfacing with clients for quality assurance and issue resolution, ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for understanding requirements, creating and reviewing designs, validating architecture, and ensuring high levels of service offerings to clients in the technology domain.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • You will participate in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews. Additionally, you will lead and guide your teams towards developing optimized high-quality code deliverables, continual knowledge management, and adherence to organizational guidelines and processes.
  • Technical Skills and Experience:
  • Proficient in all RICEF objects in core ABAP (e.g., Data Dictionary, Reports and Programs, Enhancements, Forms, SAP Scripts, Smart forms, Adobe forms). Knowledge of workflows, FIORI, ODATA APIs, PROXIS or AIFs, CDS Views, and AMDP is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Qualities and Good Communication Skills:
  • Ability to provide trainings, good understanding of SAP coding standards and best practices from both ECC and HANA. Ability to work in an AGILE way and create product backlogs, estimate user stories, and do sprint plannings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
  • Ability to lead a team of 5 members.
  • Ability to write detailed technical designs.
  • Ability to speak to functional consultants and understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
  • At least 2 implementation or rollout experiences in SAP ABAP.
  • SAP certifications are highly desirable.

  • Technology - SAP ABAP.
  • Generic Skills - Technology - SAP ABAP, Object-oriented - SAP ABAP, HANA Technology - SAP Technical - S4 HANA, Technology - SAP ABAP Workflow - SAP ABAP Workflow SRM Technology - Odata - ABAP.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Engineering.
