  • Cultivating strong relationships with Product Managers, Engineers, and DevOps to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Identifying and addressing edge cases early in the development lifecycle.
  • Working in tandem with automation engineers to enhance CI/CD pipeline integration and coverage.
  • Proactively identifying quality risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Leading root cause analyses of production issues and driving systemic improvements.
  • Reporting key quality metrics to stakeholders.
  • Championing ongoing refinement of QA processes, tools, and test architecture.

Requirements for success:

  • Proficiency in Automation (80-90% of daily activities).
  • Extensive experience with Selenium/Playwright.
  • Strong background in Python/Java.
  • Familiarity with Jenkins or other CI/CD frameworks.
  • Background in API Automation.
