A high-performing Test Automation Engineer with a proven track record of delivering complex automation frameworks, collaborating with engineering teams, and driving product quality through continuous improvement.

About the Role:

  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test frameworks for web and mobile applications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable test plans and cases.
  • Create and execute automated test scripts for functional, end-to-end testing, and regression testing.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using agile project management tools.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and quality are considered early in the development process.
  • Mentor junior software developers and testers to guide best practices for software testing and development.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests into the software delivery process.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing.

About You:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in software testing and development with a focus on test automation.
  • You have 3+ years of experience building test automation frameworks and tools.
  • You are proficient in programming languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or Python.
  • You have experience with test automation tools like Playwright, Test Complete, Selenium, and Appium.
  • You have a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • You are familiar with version control systems like GitHub and issue tracking tools like JIRA.
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • You have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
