Senior Client Servicing Executive

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Servicing Professional to play a key role in creating unforgettable love stories for special events.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, exceptional customer service skills, creative knowledge, technical expertise, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Attending leads from all venues, taking down briefings, and initiating client contact.
  • Confirming the initial briefing and planning the first meeting with clients.
  • Explaining the company profile, portfolio, and understanding client requirements.
  • Discussing in-house themes as well as current trends with clients.
  • Ideating and researching according to client needs.
  • Developing customized presentations for clients.
  • Making quotations for clients in coordination with the quotation maker and Head of Department.
  • Staying updated with market trends and conducting thorough research.
  • Finalizing budgets, themes, and other client requirements.
  • Following up with clients after submitting quotations.
  • Searching for artists if required and providing quotations.
  • Delegating projects to respective project heads and maintaining clear communication of requirements.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Participating in event planning and ensuring target costs are met.
  • Continuously following up on event execution as per client visions.
  • Maintaining good relationships with stakeholders.

Required qualifications include a degree in Management or a related field, and 3-4+ years of experience is preferred.
