Advanced AI Engineer

In this key role, you will take ownership of the full lifecycle of our cutting-edge agentic AI solutions, from architectural design and independent implementation to successful deployment and ongoing optimization in a production environment.

• Design, develop, and implement agentic AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks.
• Architect and build robust and scalable backend systems.
• Integrate and manage interactions with various Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and other interfaces.
• Utilize and optimize vector databases for efficient information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents.
• Develop and implement sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Lang graph, Agno, or CrewAI.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, and other engineers.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic technologies.
• Contribute to the technical direction and architecture of our agentic AI platform.
• Deploy solutions on one or more cloud platforms.

• 7+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong track record of independently delivering production-grade backend systems.
• Proven expertise in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Langchain.
• Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
• Experience working with Vector Databases.
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in building intelligent systems.
• Proficient with Git for version control.
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on one or more cloud platforms.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for production deployments.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Excellent Communication & Inter-personal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.

• Experience with BigQuery.
• Proficiency in one or more additional programming languages.

• Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
• Contributions to open-source AI or agentic projects.
• Strong understanding of security best practices in AI applications.
• Familiarity with MLOps principles.
• Experience with relevant testing frameworks.
• Understanding of AI Ethics and Responsible AI principles.
• Familiarity with other AI/ML technologies.
