Wind Resource Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Wind Resource Assessment (WRA) Engineer to perform WRA, Annual Energy Production, and noise propagation assessments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct WRA, AEP, and noise propagation assessments for new units and services proposals.
  • Develop options to increase customer value through enhancing WRA methods for speed, productivity, and accuracy.
  • Evaluate and deploy new Instant Preliminary WRA and QuickMLA tools.
  • Share best practices with other WRA engineers.
  • Implement process changes to achieve on-time delivery and first-time quality.
  • Support customers with wind resource assessment technical inquiries and communications.
  • Review customer specifications and site data, and interface with Platform Teams to facilitate new WTG offerings and features.

Requirements:

  • Experience in WRA, AEP, and noise propagation assessments.
  • Strong understanding of WRA methods and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
