Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Retail Banking Analyst who will be responsible for managing client projects, interpreting market trends, and extracting insights from large qualitative and quantitative datasets. You will work with C-suite executives to guide strategic decisions using data-driven analysis and proprietary tools.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end delivery of client projects, interpreting market trends, addressing client questions/queries, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions through rigorous analysis and customized reports or presentations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and experience working with complex data sets. They will also possess engaging presentation and storytelling skills, as well as project management and prioritization skills.

Requirements
Master's degree in an analytical or quantitative subject
5+ years' work experience in benchmarking, research, or business analysis
Sector experience in financial services, consultancy, or market research preferred (retail banking experience a distinct advantage)

Technical Skills
Advanced MS Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis
Knowledge in Alteryx, Python, Tableau, or PowerBI helpful but not mandatory
Excellent analytical, rational thinking, and problem-solving ability
Attention to detail
Knowledge of financial services terminology and concepts
