Job Title: Content Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated content specialist to support our internal audit and regulatory compliance efforts. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients adhere to SEBI and stock exchange regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough audits aligned with SEBI guidelines.
  • Identify potential risks and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor client compliance with SEBI and stock exchange rules.
  • Collect relevant data and deliver clear audit reports.
  • Maintain organized records and produce detailed reports.
Requirements:
  • Students registered under CA Articleship (ICAI) program.
