We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of design principles and be skilled in creating visually appealing content across various formats and platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Adapt master creatives into performance-friendly formats for Google Ads (Meta & Facebook).
- E nsure correct specifications, resolutions, and formats for each platform.
- Create high-quality adaptations for Point of Sale Materials (POSMs) including standees, danglers, posters, shelf strips, etc.
- Design and adapt packaging artworks and labels while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Create final artwork files for print collaterals such as brochures, flyers, banners, and hoardings.
- Prepare print-ready files with accurate die-lines, bleeds, and color profiles.
- Perform basic image correction and color balancing when required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Good understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines precisely.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with quick turnarounds.
- Familiarity with basic pre-press processes and print production.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in a design or creative agency, or in-house brand team.
