AI Validator Lead

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our AI-generated outputs. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise in software testing and machine learning to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test plans to validate AI model performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and reproduce issues
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency and quality
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in software testing, machine learning, and programming languages such as Python. They are also familiar with data quality standards, best practices, and automation tool scripting.
- Software testing and Test Automation experience with a focus on data validation
- Data quality standards and best practices knowledge
- Machine Learning (ML), deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, NLP experience
- Experience in applying AI to technology solutions
- Programming languages and automation tool scripting skills
