Expert - Biotechnology Innovation Manager

We are seeking a Scientific Lead to join our team in a multifunctional project environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of pharmaceutical/biological/cell gene therapies, managing technical lab/plant activities, and ensuring full portfolio support in line with business plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, plan, perform, interpret and report results of scientific experiments for the preparation and timely delivery of drug substances (DS), drug products (DP), processes and procedures.
- Manage technical lab/plant activities, including equipment/infrastructure maintenance and qualification.
- Lead and manage all project/local network activities, supporting/coaching team members, participating in sub-teams, and contributing to overall business strategies and goals.
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., chemistry, biology, biochemistry).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a related role, preferably in a small manufacturing plant environment.
- Skills: Strong scientific knowledge, leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
