We're seeking an exceptional Senior SAP Basis Expert to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP systems on hyperscalers like AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description
  • Solid experience with SAP technologies, including SAP NetWeaver, Web Dispatcher, Business Objects solutions, Cloud Connector, Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation, and OpenText.
  • Proven track record in Cloud Operations, managing large-scale application systems.
  • ITIL and IT Service Management processes expertise, including Incident Management, Event Management/Monitoring, Change Request Management.
  • Excellent technical writing skills, with experience creating Knowable Base Articles, Wiki pages, Root Cause Analysis, and blog entries.
  • Automation expertise, particularly in monitoring and operational workflows.
  • Contribute to ECS Last Line of Defence initiatives and serve as an expert for advanced troubleshooting within Service Areas.
  • Take lead in implementing activities, such as architecture decisions, Process mining exercises, Continuous improvements, and building scalable processes.
  • Establish close relationships with Domain Leads in Application areas, Service engineering, and Service Area Operation to influence product supportability/operability.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Support teams for roadmap, feature, and bug fixes.
Requirements
  • Good understanding of SAP Basis systems, preferably holding SAP certification in NW administration or S/4HANA System administration.
  • Knowledge of Hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation provisioning in cloud environments.
  • Incident Management skills, In-Depth troubleshooting skills are mandatory.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented personality and a technology enthusiast.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and work on time-critical assignments.
  • Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience.
