In this role, you will provide expert-level technical support for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure related issues, adhering to customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and our internal standards and processes.

Your primary responsibility will be to handle complex issues related to Microsoft 365, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal system performance.

You will also be responsible for delivering on-premise infrastructure support where such services have been contracted, carrying out routine monitoring and maintenance of servers and cloud infrastructure services including patching and system backups, and making recommendations on improvements.

Additionally, you will evaluate systems for signs of compromise and work closely with the security team to take action to remediate vulnerabilities based on industry best practices.

You will also participate in client and/or internal technical projects as and when required and assist in the training and mentoring of existing and new employees.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills. You should also be able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

You will need to have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in 3rd line support on M365 technologies, 3 years' experience working in Microsoft Azure, and managed services or consultancy experience is desirable.

You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and English language proficiency at C1 level or above. Additionally, Microsoft 365 and Azure-related certifications are desirable.

Requirements

  • Qualifications and Skills:
