Job Title: AI Prototyping Engineer

Veya Technologies is seeking a skilled AI prototyping engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with building conversational and voice-based AI prototypes using GPT, LangChain, Whisper, and vector databases.

The selected individual will work closely with founders to develop minimum viable products (MVPs), evaluate tools, and document technical demos. Key responsibilities include developing prototypes such as therapy bots, voice coaches, interviewers, legal advice bots, and HR bots. Additionally, the candidate will integrate GPT APIs, LangChain, embeddings, Whisper, and vector DBs, evaluate build vs. buy tools for efficiency, and document proofs of concept (PoCs).

Requirements for this role include strong Python programming skills, hands-on experience with GPT APIs, LangChain, Whisper, embeddings, and vector DBs. Familiarity with Git and documentation is also necessary. The ability to quickly prototype and iterate is crucial in this position.

Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, AI/ML, engineering, or a related field. 0-1 years of experience, including projects or internships, is acceptable. A passion for AI tools and rapid prototyping is highly desirable.
