GenAI Lead Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Lead Engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge frameworks for alternate data analysis in the investment management sector.

This role involves designing and implementing advanced pipelines for large language model (LLM) usage, leveraging GPT APIs or LLaMA for data enrichment, summarization, and predictive analysis. The successful candidate will also lead a cross-functional team of engineers to deliver robust, production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom frameworks using GPT APIs or LLaMA for alternate data analysis and insights generation.
  • Design and implement document ingestion workflows using tools such as n8n.
  • Architect deployment strategies on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or private compute environments (CoreWeave, on-premises GPU clusters).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Python with experience in frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Familiarity with VectorDBs (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS) and document ingestion pipelines.
  • Understanding of cloud deployments and GPU infrastructure.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional engineering teams.
