Job Title: Data Architect

Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to design and develop scalable data pipelines for data ingestion, processing and storage.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with our team to build and optimize data architectures and data models for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • They will also be responsible for developing ETL processes to transform and load data from various sources into data warehouses and data lakes.
  • Additionally, the Data Architect will ensure data integrity, quality and security across all data systems.
  • They will collaborate with data scientists, analysts and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.
  • They should also have knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in data integration, processing and storage.
  • Strong knowledge of data optimization architecture, data process and data flow.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Scala).
  • Experience with Apache Spark, Kafka and Airflow.
  • Collaborative approach to effectively present and advocate for quick design solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
