Eligibility Criteria

• You must be a student pursuing 11th or Secondary/10th pass level education.
• Minimum age requirement is 16 years.
• You must possess a valid Aadhar card.

Program Structure

• The apprenticeship program spans 12 months, offering paid training and on-the-job experience.
• Our working hours are 9 per day, including a 1-hour break, spread across 5 days a week.
• You will undergo online assessments at the completion of 3 and 11 months.
• Upon successful completion, you will receive a government-recognized and Starbucks co-branded certificate.

Scope of Training

• Provide legendary customer service to all customers.
• Create the Starbucks Experience by delivering prompt service, quality beverages, and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Model and act in accordance with TATA Starbucks guiding principles.

Salary & Benefits
