Job Description:

  • Proven accounting experience in IT/ITES or software export companies is required.
  • The ideal candidate should have expertise in full-cycle bookkeeping, international client invoicing, and reconciliation using Zoho Books.
  • Vendor invoices, expenses, journal entries, accruals, adjustments, month-end, and year-end closures are also essential tasks.
  • Knowledge of TDS payments, GST filings, and Softex reporting for IT/ITES exports is a plus.
  • Coordinating with auditors for IT/software company audits and compliance checks is also a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete bookkeeping in Zoho Books, including invoices, vendor bills, receipts, payments, expenses, JVs, and adjustments.
  • International client export invoices creation and bank reconciliations handling.
  • Accruals tracking, prepaids, and adjustments recordation for accurate reporting.
  • Vendor invoices management, expense tracking, and payroll processing in Zoho Books.
  • TDS, GST filings, and Softex documentation for IT/ITES compliance handling.
  • Month-end and year-end closures with audit-ready documentation.
  • Coordination with auditors and senior accountants for smooth audit processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or commerce.
  • Minimum 4 years of IT/ITES export accounting experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in Zoho Books (full-cycle bookkeeping + invoicing + reconciliation).
  • Strong exposure to audits, vendor invoice tracking, payroll processing, and compliance.
  • Detail-oriented, independent worker with excellent reporting and documentation skills.
