Our esteemed client is seeking a skilled Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Mumbai. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in driving international sales and marketing strategies for their API pharmaceutical exports business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute international marketing plans to expand customer base.
  • Identify new importers, distributors, and wholesalers through online research.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings accordingly.
  • Coordinate with customers via email and ensure timely shipment updates.
  • Collaborate with the purchase department to facilitate smooth order processing and registration document follow-up.
  • Organize appointments for overseas exhibitions and coordinate with international buyers and Indian suppliers.
  • Research and send inquiries to potential suppliers.
  • Extend offers to overseas buyers and manage payment follow-ups.
