Talent Acquisition Executive - Real Estate
Description:- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure seamless hiring.
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, particularly with a strong focus on real estate and construction roles.
- Coordinate interview arrangements and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies.
- Sources candidates through various channels, including databases and social media platforms.
- Conduct thorough interviews and evaluate candidate suitability for open positions.
- Develop and implement a strategic approach to recruiting, focusing on talent acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design job descriptions and specifications that meet business needs.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, stakeholder management, onboarding, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
- At least 2+ years of experience managing real estate and construction roles, with a proven track record of success.
