Lead Mechanical Designer

The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional mechanical design solutions that meet customer requirements and drive business growth.
- Design and develop mechanical engineering components, automation systems, and SPMs.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to qualify new designs and ensure project completion.
- Validate engineering components and concepts through rigorous engineering calculations and simulations.
- Ensure compliance with precision components, fabricated structures, and quality standards.
To excel in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
- Station DRI-Full machine conceptual design, manufacturing design, DFM, SOP, RF design.
- 3D part modeling, 3D finishing, and assembly details, as well as cots items spec freeze and localization.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
In addition to the above-mentioned responsibilities, we are looking for candidates with the following skills:
- Experience in automation, electromechanical, and mechatronics, as well as related concepts.
- Ability to understand customer requirements, propose feasible ideas, and develop innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in creating, reading, and interpreting engineering drawings and standards, particularly for precision components and fabricated structures.
