Key Social Media Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop platform-specific social media strategies aligned with client brand objectives (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
  2. Drive data-backed campaign planning, integrating with performance marketing and influencer/UGC strategies.
  3. Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, reflecting our 360° approach.
  1. Plan and manage monthly content calendars in coordination with content writers, designers, and video editors.
  2. Provide creative direction to the team, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
  3. Leverage emerging formats (Reels, Shorts, Live Streams, Interactive Stories) to enhance engagement.
  1. Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to build strong online communities.
  2. Work with account managers to deliver timely updates and performance insights to clients.
  3. Manage online reputation, handling escalations and crisis responses where required.
  1. Track KPIs like reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and ROI, linking social metrics to business outcomes.
  2. Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Clarity, Matomo, and social listening tools to optimize campaigns.
  3. Deliver monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights for client growth.
  1. Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, AI-based tools, and social commerce trends.
  2. Suggest and implement tech-led innovations like AI-powered creatives, WhatsApp automation, and interactive campaigns.
