Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced AI Model Developer to join our team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing advanced machine learning models to solve business problems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning models for various applications.
  • Clean, transform, and analyze structured and unstructured data to identify significant features.
  • Develop end-to-end AI pipelines and integrate models into production systems using APIs or deployment frameworks.
  • Collaborate with product managers, domain experts, and engineers to understand requirements and translate them into data science solutions.
  • Track model performance (e.g., RMSE, F1 score, ROC AUC) and prepare technical documentation and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Python, R, SQL, and Machine Learning frameworks.
  • Deep Learning expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Data manipulation and visualization skills in Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
  • Model deployment tools experience in Flask, FastAPI, Docker, and MLflow.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools.
  • Experience with large-scale data processing in Spark or Dask is a plus.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • A highly skilled and results-driven AI Specialist.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience in industry-specific AI applications is a plus.
