At Flying Zone Academy, we are currently hiring for the position of Airline Ground Crew in Mumbai.

The role involves working on a full-time hybrid schedule with flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities include passenger service duties, such as check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and addressing passenger inquiries.

Additional responsibilities include providing assistance to passengers with special requirements, ensuring the safety and security of the aircraft and its occupants, and coordinating between various airport departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key qualifications include:

  • Completion of 10-12 years of education or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle stressful situations
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with airport operations software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in aviation or hospitality fields are beneficial
