Computer Vision and Machine Learning Expert

We seek a highly skilled professional to join our Corporate Research team.

You will be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing innovative computer vision and machine learning algorithms to solve challenging real-world problems.

Collaborate with world-class researchers and engineers, pushing the boundaries of autonomous systems, advanced manufacturing, and more.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on coding experience, rapidly producing high-quality source code and frameworks for the team.
  • Perform Code, Design & Architecture reviews, translating requirements into architecture with high accuracy.
  • Translate non-functional quality aspects like throughput, robustness, scalability, fault-tolerance, etc.
  • Evaluate, define, and evolve/improve software coding standards, tools, and platforms.
  • Execute independently at team level all aspects to the Software Engineering Process.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Continuously improve on architecture & design methodologies in the project.
  • Learn new languages/technologies/open-source frameworks & architectures quickly & apply to the project.
  • Ensure high-level software quality at project level by adapting lean practices.
  • Mentorship and Leadership:
  • Enable the team to make high-level design/architecture choices & implement them.
  • Lead the Team technically, contribute to Technical & Business Proposals, and coordinate with Engineers/Customers/Stakeholders.
  • Mentor the team members, give them directions, empower them with right tools/methodologies & create cohesive work environment.

Requirements: 8-10 years of experience, BE/MS/M.Tech in Electronics, Computer Science or related fields.
