Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to serve as the primary administrator for our internal IT infrastructure while establishing and enforcing comprehensive security policies.

This key role combines hands-on technical support with strategic security implementation, making it ideal for a technical professional who wants to impact both day-to-day operations and long-term security posture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide immediate resolution for hardware, software, and network issues across all departments
  • Network Administration: Administer employee workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
  • Internal Networking: Manage internal networking components including switches, routers, and access points
  • User Account Management: Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) user accounts, groups, and permissions
  • Collaboration Tools: Administer SharePoint sites, document libraries, and collaboration spaces
  • File Sharing: Oversee OneDrive deployment, storage policies, and file sharing protocols
  • Email Management: Handle Exchange Online mailbox management, distribution lists, and email security
Security & Compliance
  • Firewall Configuration: Configure and maintain physical firewall policies and rules
  • Comprehensive Security Policies: Create, implement, and enforce comprehensive security policies across all systems and processes
  • IT Asset Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets
  • Software Installation: Monitor and control software installations and licenses
  • Endpoint Protection: Implement endpoint protection and mobile device management (MDM) solutions
  • AI Platform Access: Establish policies and access controls for AI tools and platforms used within the organization
  • InfoSec Audits: Participate in InfoSec audits and regulatory compliance assessments
  • Security Standards: Ensure adherence to internal and external security standards
  • Access Reviews: Conduct regular access reviews and permission audits
  • Incident Response: Develop and execute security incident response plans and procedures
Strategic & Educational Activities
  • IT Planning: Assist in IT budget planning, license optimization, and vendor negotiations
  • Security Education: Educate teams on security best practices, policies, and threat awareness
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems, processes, and security procedures
  • Industry Trends: Stay current with security threats, technology trends, and industry best practices
