Operations Manager Role

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring a seamless experience for all guests. This key role involves supervising staff across different shifts and departments, maintaining high standards of service, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments and staff.
  • Supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment that promotes growth and development.
  • Handle guest queries and complaints effectively, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain operational efficiency by coordinating between departments, including housekeeping, front office, maintenance, and food & beverage.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry-specific standards.
  • Manage shifts, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently within required timelines.
  • Prepare and submit reports to senior management on operational performance, customer feedback, and any issues.
  • Respond promptly to emergency situations and unexpected issues.
