Job Title: Eco Sys ExpertAbout This Role:

We are seeking an experienced Eco Sys expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and operationalizing Eco Sys Hexagon for project portfolio management and project controls supporting programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and operationalize Eco Sys Hexagon for project portfolio management and project controls supporting programs.
  • Lead portfolio process configuration, cost control, forecasting, EVM integrations, and build standardized reporting analytics.
  • Establish baselines, progress capture, EACEVM calculations, variance analysis, dashboards, implement standardized monthly cycle forecast accruals, KPIs, and orchestrate integrations between Eco Sys and ERP systems.
  • Build portfolio and project dashboards, KPI cost schedule performance funding vs actuals leveraging EcoSys reports align to reporting cadences.
  • Translate governance into EcoSys processes, gates approvals, auditability author SOPsRunbooks, and conduct user training.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 6 - 10 years in PPM Project Controls, 3 years hands on EcoSys configuration and admin.
  • Strong cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and EVM knowledge, monthly close processes.
  • Proven integration experience with SAP, SFDC, EDW, Snowflake, IICS or similar ETL ability to define source to EcoSys mappings.
  • Reporting skills EcoSys native plus Power BI Tableau for enterprise distribution.
  • Solid SQL data modelling fundamentals Agile delivery Scrum SAFe.
